The James F. and Doris M. Barton Scholarship offers financial assistance to residents of New York who are American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) or the American Quarter Horse Youth Association (AQHYA) members, who are also members of the Empire State Youth Quarter Horse Association (ESYQHA). High school seniors and undergraduate students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
