The James L. Warner Educational Scholarship is for graduating seniors and graduates who attended school in the Whittier Union High School District in Whittier, California. Students who plan to attend one of the following colleges: Pomona College, Stanford University, University of Southern California, any campus of the University of California, or Whittier College are welcome to apply.
