The James Wharton First Choice Collision Scholarship is available to graduating seniors, current college students, or nontraditional students from Chelan or Douglas counties in Washington. Students attending a trade or vocational school or program are welcome to apply. Applicants studying auto and/or collision repair programs receive special consideration
