Requirements
  • This program is open to CF patients who have completed at least 1 semester of undergraduate coursework.
  • Applicants must be studentathletes who "don't let the disease get in their way of living lives filled with purpose, passion, optimism, and courage." Along with their application, they must submit a letter from their doctor confirming the diagnosis of CF and a list of daily medications, information on financial need, a detailed breakdown of tuition costs from their academic institution, and transcripts.
