Resident of the 5 counties in Kansas (Johnson, Leavenworth, Linn, Miami, or Wyandotte) or the 9 counties in Missouri (Bates, Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte, or Ray) that comprise the Kansas City Metropolitan Area

Current community college sophomore student
