The John F. Root, Jr. Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors at Windham High School in Connecticut who are in good academic standing. Students who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree on a full-time basis are welcome to apply. Students with 3.0 GPAs, athletes, and those with an interest in science receive special consideration.
