The Joyce Wyatt Pennsylvania Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship offers financial assistance to residents of Pennsylvania who are members of the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) or the American Quarter Horse Youth Association (AQHYA). Graduating high school seniors, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students studying for a degree full-time are welcome to apply.
