The Kaiser Permanente Health Equity Scholarship supports high school graduates who are residents of California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, or Washington. Students who have an interest in pursuing a clinical or non-clinical career in the healthcare industry are eligible to apply. Special consideration will be given to students from underrepresented communities and/or those who identify as first-generation college students.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Resident of California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, or Washington
  • Current high school graduate enrolled as a college freshman in a 2 or 4-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, marketing, public policy, pharmacy, medicine, or nursing as a fulltime student
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, permanent resident, undocumented immigrant, or DACA recipient
  • Interest in pursuing a clinical or nonclinical career in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference will be given to students from underrepresented communities and/or students who identify as firstgeneration college-bound.
