The Kansas City Scholars - College Savings Match is open to high school freshmen living in or attending school in Johnson or Wyandotte counties, Kansas, or Cass, Clay, Jackson or Platte counties, Missouri. Applicants must be participating in a 529 college savings account. After graduation from high school, students must attend a post secondary institution full-time.
