Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from public high schools in Kentucky who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend a college, university, or technical school in any state.
  • Their parent or guardian must be employed in the public school pupil transportation field and have a gross family income of less than $55,000 per year.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, leadership, citizenship, and service to school and community.
