Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Iowa and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be employed by a bank that belongs to Community Bankers of Iowa or has an immediate relative (parent, grandparent, guardian) who works in such a bank.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academics, character, and community involvement.
