Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Wisconsin who are high school or GED-equivalent graduating seniors planning to continue their education at a vocational/technical school or community college in any state.
  • Applicants must be a member of 1 of the following groups: African American, Asian, American Indian, Latina, or biracial.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
