Maine State Employees Association Full-Time Scholarship provides financial assistance to the children or grandchildren of Maine State Employees Association (MSEA) members who are interested in going to college or vocational school in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Maine who are the children, stepchildren, or grandchildren of association members who live with the member.
  • Applicants must be enrolling full time as a firsttime freshman at an institution of higher learning (including a vocational program) in any state.
  • Selection is based on character, selfmotivation, leadership, service to others, academic ability, and financial need.
  • Some scholarships are reserved for students attending a Maine Community College.
