The Manteo Rotary Club Percy W. and Elizabeth G. Meekins Scholarship program recognizes graduating high school seniors who reside in Dare County, North Carolina. Students who are planning to attend an institute of high learning, a technical school, or a school of nursing in North Carolina are eligible to apply. Successful applicants should exhibit strong scholastic records as well as good character and standing in the community. The program is managed by Manteo Rotary.
