The Marilyn and Morton Werner Egality Scholarship is available to current undergraduate or graduate students who either reside in or have graduated from a high school in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Students pursuing a degree in community organizing, law, public policy, public administration, or a similar field related to civic engagement are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.00 GPA
  • Resident of the St. Louis metropolitan area or graduated from a St. Louis metropolitan area high school
  • Undergraduate or graduate student
  • Seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
  • Studying a field that advances civic engagement, such as community organizing, law, public policy, leadership, or public administration
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to current or past participants of The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis’ Policy Fellowship Program and those who participate in leadership roles in campus or community activities.
