Marvin L. Zuidema Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) from Michigan who are entering the junior or senior year of a civil engineering program in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to Michigan residents who are enrolled full-time in an ABET-accredited civil and/or environmental engineering program in the state.

Applicants must be entering their junior or senior year and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

U.S. citizenship and student membership in the ASCE is required.

Selection is based on academic record, participation in extracurricular activities, leadership, character, selfreliance, comments from employers and university officials, and financial need.
