Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Iowa who became blind or visually impaired prior to reaching the age of 21.
  • Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or GED recipients who are within 8 years of high school graduation or receipt of the GED. They must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited college, university, or vocational school in any state and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
