Requirements

This program is open to juniors and seniors who are either 1) residents of any state enrolled full-time at a college or university in Texas, or 2) residents of the Houston area studying in any state.

Applicants must have completed at least 75 hours of college coursework with a major in radio, television, film, public relations, advertising, communications, or broadcasting.

They must have a GPA of 3.25 or higher.

Selection is based on educational and career goals in their major, activities and honors, service to the community, and references.
