Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in San Diego County, California who plan to attend college in any state.
  • Applicants must be the child or grandchild of a Vietnam War veteran who served in Vietnam (dates of service February 28, 1961) to May 7, 1975) or a Vietnam Era veteran who may have served anywhere (dates of service August 5, 1964, to May 7, 1975).
  • Applicants must submit brief statements on their community service and career goals.
