The Minority Serving Institution (MSI) Scholarship offers financial assistance for college to high school seniors and undergraduate members of NROTC. Students studying for a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree at one of the 22 designated HBCU's, HHE's, or MSI's are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum SAT EvidenceBased Reading and Writing score of 550
  • Minimum SAT Math score of 540
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Attend or planning to attend one of the 22 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), High Hispanic Enrollment (HHE) schools, or other Minority Serving Institutions (MSI)
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
