Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Monterey County, California who have at least 5 years of active participation in 4-H, are currently enrolled in 4-H, and have participated in community service or citizenship activities (4-H, school, community, or other).

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at a college or vocational school in any state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
