Msgr. John W. Mignot Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Pennsylvania who have participated in their local fair and are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Pennsylvania who are attending or planning to attend a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must have been active for at least 2 years in a local fair that is a member of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs (PSACF).
  • Selection is based on that essay (15%), academic achievement (20%), organizations (20%), fair participation (30%), fair endorsement (10%), and additional support help (5%).
