The Mystery of The Blue Rose Scholarship seeks female residents of Aransas, Bee, Jim Wells, Kleberg, Nueces, Refugio, or San Patricio counties in Texas, whose lives have been affected by cancer. Students who are at least 35 years of age and are pursuing a career in a service-related field are encouraged to apply.
