Requirements

This program is open to members of the Washington National Guard and their dependents who are enrolled at an accredited college, university, or trade school in the state.

Guard members may be fulltime or part-time students; dependents must be enrolled full-time.

Applicants do not need to be members of the National Guard Association of Washington (NGAW) although members are eligible for larger awards.
