Native American Journalists Association Facebook Journalism Project Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduates and graduate students who are members of the Native American Journalists Association (NAJA) and are interested in preparing for a career in digital media.

Requirements
  • This program is open to students enrolled as juniors, seniors, or graduate students at an accredited university in any state.
  • Applicants must be working on a degree in digital media/journalism/communications and be able to demonstrate a commitment to indigenous storytelling as demonstrated by completed course work, clips and work samples, and letters of recommendation.
  • They must be members of NAJA. Selection is based on financial need and a portfolio of work and personal statements in the areas of storytelling, ethics, and professionalism.
