Requirements

This program is open to students enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a 2-year trade school or technical or community college to major in an engineering or related program that may lead to a career in the manufacturing technology industry.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

They must become a student member of the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, International (FMA), the Tube and Pipe Association, International (TPA), or the Outside Processors Council (OPC), unless they are already 1) a student or individual member; 2) the child of an individual member; 3) an employee of a member company or 4) the child of an employee of a member company.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
