The NERA/USAA College Scholarship Program provides financial assistance for college to members of the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association (NERA) and their families.

Requirements
  • GPA 3.0 or higher.
  • Seeking an associate degree, vocational or trade school certificate, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or doctoral degree.
  • Fulltime or part-time enrollment.
  • Applicants or their sponsor must be a member of NERA in good standing. In the selection process, priority is given in the following order: 1) currently serving Reserve, active and IRR members of the U.S. armed forces; 2) children and spouses of those currently serving in the U.S. armed forces; and 3) spouses, children, or grandchildren sponsored by any NERA member.
