Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in North Carolina and planning to attend a college, university, community college, or technical institute in the state.
  • At least 1 parent must be a member of the NCCSC or a client of the child support program (either through Child Support services or Clerk of Court services).
  • Applicants must have maintained an overall "C" average or above during their high school career.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
