Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of the Norton Sound region who are enrolled or planning to enroll as full-time students in an accredited 2-year associate program, 4-year university, master's program, Ph.D. program, or vocational institution in any state.
  • For academic students, the selection is based on financial need, grades, and commitment to education.
  • For vocational students, the selection is based on financial need, availability of employment opportunities, availability of training in Alaska, and commitment to completion of training.
