NYIFT Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students working on a degree in food science at a college or university in the service area of the New York Section (NYIFT) and Central New Jersey Subsection (CNJIFT) of the Institute of Food Technologists.

Requirements
  • This program is open to students enrolled at colleges and universities in northern or central New Jersey, New York City, or southeastern New York state (excluding Long Island).
  • Applicants must be working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in food science, food technology, food engineering, or culinary arts and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • They must be IFT and New York/Central New Jersey Section members.
