Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Ohio and planning to enroll at a college or university in the state.
  • Applicants must be children of Ohio State Racing Commission licensees, including both backside and frontside employees at an Ohio thoroughbred race track.
  • Their parents must have an affiliation with the Ohio Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association (HBPA).
