Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents under 26 years of age who are transitioning out of the Utah state foster care or unaccompanied refugee minor program.

Applicants must be interested in working on a degree or certificate at an institution within the Utah System of Higher Education, including Applied Technology Centers and Skill Centers.

Selection is based on the desire to complete a postsecondary program of study, the potential for academic success, and financial need.
