Requirements

This program is open to children, stepchildren, and foster children of members in good standing (the jurisdiction covers northern California, northern Nevada, Utah, and Hawaii).

Applicants must be high school seniors planning to enroll at an accredited college or university in the United States.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Males and females compete separately.

Selection is based on academic achievement.
