The Oregon Opportunity Scholarship offers financial assistance for college to students who are residents of Oregon and U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens who demonstrate financial need. Exceptional high school seniors or undergraduate students studying for their first associate or bachelor's degree at a college or university in Oregon are encouraged to apply.
