The Pacific Region Transfer Scholarship is available to Phi Theta Kappa members from select areas of the Pacific Region of the U.S. who have outstanding academic achievement and rigor, engagement in college and community activities. Students who are attending a 2-year college with plans to transfer to a 4-year college or university are welcome to apply.
