PATCH Early Childhood Education Scholarship provides financial assistance to Hawaii residents interested in gaining additional training related to child care through programs in the state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Hawaii interested in a program of study in the state.
  • Priority is given to those currently employed in a licensed child care facility or operating registered child care home.
  • Applicants must pass collegelevel courses in early childhood education, successfully convert classes completed at Professional and Career Education for Early Childhood (PACE) workshops to college credits, or obtain or renew a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
