The Philadelphia Flyers Rising Leaders Scholarship is offered to current college freshman students who are from the Greater Philadelphia, PA region. Students who are Black or African American, involved with the sport of hockey, attending an HBCU, trade school, or other 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply.
