Requirements
  • This program is open to members of the Nebraska chapter of the VFW, the VFW Auxiliary, and their spouses, children, stepchildren, and grandchildren.
  • Applicants must have completed at least 1 year of fulltime study at a college or university in any state.
  • They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
  • First consideration is given to members of VFW Post 131 in Lincoln; if no applications are received for members of that Post, then the scholarship is available to all Nebraska VFW members and their families.
