The Qualcomm San Diego Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and students currently attending a community college in San Diego County who are planning to attend UC San Diego, San Diego State University, or CSU San Marcos. Students who are studying electrical engineering, computer, engineering, or computer science are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who participate in extracurricular activities, community service, or work experience.

Requirements

Minimum 3.5 GPA

Graduating high school seniors from San Diego County, California, **or**

Currently attending a San Diego County community college

Planning to attend the University of California San Diego, San Diego State University, or California State University - San Marcos as a full-time student

Seeking a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer, engineering, or computer science

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who participate in extracurricular activities, community service, or work experience.
