The reACT Montana Rodeo Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Montana High School Rodeo Association (MHSRA) who are high school seniors planning to attend college in any state in exchange for pledging to remain tobacco-free.

Requirements

GPA 2.0 or higher.

Seniors graduating from high schools in Montana.

Participate in rodeo as MHSRA members.

Planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Must have displayed tobaccofree leadership in their communities, agree to be ambassadors at their college or university to help promote the tobacco-free generation, and pledge to remain tobacco-free.

Based on those submissions, finalists are selected to participate in interviews at the MHSRA state finals, at which winners are named. Recipients must agree to renew their tobaccofree pledge every year they are in college.
