The Robert S. Early, Sr. Memorial Youth Scholarship program seeks African American graduating seniors from high schools in Montgomery County, Ohio who are members of the golf, baseball, or softball team. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Graduating seniors at Dayton Public Schools receive special consideration.
