Requirements
  • This program is open to members of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in any state.
  • Licensure and diploma programs do not qualify.
  • Applicants must have applied for a Federal Pell Grant and be eligible for federal financial aid.
  • In the selection process, first priority is given to continuing students who currently are receiving this assistance; second to students who received their high school diploma or GED certification from within the boundaries of the Rosebud Reservation in south central South Dakota; third to students from South Dakota but outside the reservation; and fourth to outof-state students.
