San Diego County AFCEA Chapter College Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to residents of San Diego County, California who are interested in studying a field of STEM at a college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of San Diego County who are 1) graduating high school seniors accepted at a 4-year college or university; 2) second-year community college students transferring to a 4-year college or university; or 3) students currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program.

High school seniors must have a GPA of 4.0 or higher and college students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Applicants must be planning to major in a field of STEM at a college or university in any state.

Selection is based on academic achievement, school activities, community and civic activities, parttime work experience, and letters of recommendation.

U.S. citizenship is required.
