Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of San Luis Obispo County who meet 1 of the following conditions: 1) a member during the current year of the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau or the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau Women; 2) a dependent, child, or grandchild of a member during the current year of those organizations; 3) a member for at least 4 years of 4-H or FFA; or 4) a graduate of a high school in the county who has completed at least 2 years at a college, university, vocational school, or professional school in any state with an agriculturally-related major.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full time and be able to demonstrate financial need.
