Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Illinois and Iowa who plan to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school in any state.

Applicants must be the children of active military, Reserve, National Guard, or veterans in zip codes 6120061699 (western Illinois) or 50000-52899 (all of Iowa).

They must have a GPA of 2.6 or higher.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
