SIEA First-to-Attend Scholarship provides financial assistance for college in any state to high school seniors in southern Colorado whose family receives electricity from the San Isabel Electric Association (SIEA) and who are the first members of their family to attend college.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in southern Colorado whose parents or legal guardians are SIEA members and who is the first member of their families to attend college.

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state.

They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher
