SNA Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to Alaska Natives who are shareholders in Seldovia Native Association (SNA) or their family members and who wish to attend college or graduate school in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to Alaska Natives who are enrolled as shareholders in SNA, their spouses, and their lineal descendants.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as fulltime undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher for achievement scholarships or 2.0 or higher for general scholarships.
  • Selection is based primarily on academic achievement, but other factors considered include previous work experience, educational and community involvement, recommendations, the seriousness of purpose, major field of study, practicality of educational and professional goals, completeness of the application, and financial need.
  • Alaska residency is not required.
