Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Texas who are graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled at a college or university in any state and majoring in any field.
  • Applicants must be the child or grandchild of a member of the South Texas Section of the SPE who has attended at least 4 technical or social meetings during the application year.
  • Students must submit transcripts, proof of Texas residency, and an acceptance letter from a college or university.
