Requirements
  • This program is open to members and the children of members who have had an active SPJST insurance certificate in force for at least 1 year or an annuity of at least $10,000.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, or technical school in any state as fulltime undergraduate students.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
