The CIRI Foundation Restart Scholarship-Fall is for postsecondary CIRI Foundation applicants who have not attended school in at least 5 years and do not meet the minimum 2.5 GPA requirements. Applicants must be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, graduate, or doctorate degree, **or** a postbaccalaureate program of study or prerequisite degree program.
